It is my pleasure to join Lisa's Chaos Macro Monday. Macro photography is mystifying, magical, and always fun! So, here are some photos I took at the Xeriscape Garden in Springfield, MO. As fall gets underway here in southwestern Missouri you can expect to see some different colors, or maybe we'll find some microscopic magic right here in the house!

These are beautiful!! (Sorry I was so pokey getting by, haven't been on the computer.) Thanx for playing with me. :)
That lily is amazing! Great shot!
And a belated happy birthday to you!!!! I am just now REALLY catching up on some blog reading and I can't believe I missed it. (I am wearing a big frown on my face... but a smile in my heart for you! Sorry I am late!)
Those photos of you as a child are precious! I love the outfits, the places you are, the smiles, the poses, and the lollipop! A very sweet look at my blog-friend, Barb!
Here's to another great year for you!!! -Heidi
Heidi, thank you for the kind birthday wishes. It was a quiet day, but I had lots of phone calls and emails.
That lily really is something, isn't it? The sign posted nearby said it was a type of columbine. It was actually in the shade, though the bright yellow center looks like light shining through. All the blooms looked like that. It is one of my favorites.
Lisa, thanks for starting the Macro Monday. This is going to be fun!
Wow, those are great macro shots!!!
You did well!

Thanks for visiting my blog and I hope you're coming back to read the daily Prayer for America (day 7 and 8 are up). I love when a new blogger comments on my blog...and when I look at their profile, they have all the same interests as me, AND is a mil-spouse! I'll be adding your blog(blogs????) to my reader! I'm not "following" anyone yet, but I may get to that one next...still doing the old fashioned RSS feeds!
